Dulce is a personal ice‑cream discovery app. It shows flavor information pulled from our server, but it does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data—including names, email addresses, device identifiers, or analytics. Anything you create in the app (e.g., your own ratings) stays on your device.

3. How the App Uses the Internet
- Dulce sends read‑only requests to retrieve the latest flavor list and images.
- These requests are served through a stateless content‑delivery layer. We do not log or store your IP address or any request metadata.
4. Third‑Party Services
Dulce relies on a secure, stateless backend only to host public flavor data. This backend never receives, processes, or retains any personal information.
5. Children’s Privacy
Dulce is not directed to children under 13, and our no‑data policy applies equally to all users.
6. Your Control
- All user‑generated data (e.g., star ratings) is saved in Apple’s on‑device storage (SwiftData).
- Deleting the app removes all locally stored information.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we ever need to handle personal data, we will update this policy in‑app and on our website at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
